91 Lawyer to give notice of removal in another jurisdiction
and
(b) the person’s name is removed from an interstate roll; and
(c) the person fails to give the registrar written notice of the removal
in accordance with section 93 (1) (Provisions applying to notices
under div 2.5.3) not later than 7 days after the day the person
receives notice of the removal.

(3) This section does not apply if the name has been removed from an
interstate roll under a provision that corresponds to section 94
(Peremptory removal of local lawyer’s name from local roll following
removal in another jurisdiction).
(4) Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (a) and subsection (2) (a).
