595 Disclosure of information by local regulatory authorities
(1) A local regulatory authority may disclose information to another local
regulatory authority about anything relating to or arising under this
Act or a corresponding law.
(2) A local regulatory authority may disclose information to an interstate
regulatory authority about anything relating to or arising under this
Act or a corresponding law.
interstate regulatory authority means—
(a) an authority with functions under a corresponding law; or
(b) an entity prescribed by regulation.
local regulatory authority means—
(a) a council; or
(b) another entity with functions under this Act; or
(c) an entity prescribed by regulation.
