555A Obstruction of investigator
(a) the person obstructs, hinders, intimidates or resists an
investigator in the exercise of the investigator’s functions under
this Act; and
(b) the person knows that the investigator is an investigator.
(2) Strict liability applies to the circumstance that the investigator was
exercising a function under this Act.
(3) This section does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
