512 Status of acts of external intervener (1) An act done or omitted to be done by an external intervener for a law practice is taken to have been done or omitted to be done by the practice for the purposes of— (a) any proceeding; or (b) any transaction that relies on the act or omission. (2) This section does not subject an associate of the law practice to any personal liability.
