511 Conditions on appointment of receiver
(1) An appointment of a receiver for a legal practice is subject to—
(a) any conditions imposed by the Supreme Court; and
(b) any conditions imposed by regulation.
(2) The Supreme Court may impose conditions—
(a) when the appointment is made; or
(b) during the term of the appointment.
