510 Conditions on appointment of supervisor or manager
(1) An appointment of an supervisor or manager for a legal practice is
subject to—
(a) any conditions imposed by the relevant council; and
(b) any conditions imposed by regulation.
(2) The relevant council may impose conditions—
(a) when the appointment is made; or
(b) during the term of the appointment.
(3) The relevant council may revoke or amend conditions imposed under
