507 Improperly destroying property
(a) the person does any of the following (the action) in relation to
regulated property of a law practice:
(i) destroys the property;
(ii) conceals the property;
(iii) moves the property from a place to another place;
(iv) delivers the property into someone else’s possession;
(v) places the property under someone else’s control; and
(b) a receiver has been appointed, or is likely to be appointed, for
the practice; and
(c) the person does the action with intent to defeat the operation of
