488 Notice of appointment
(1) As soon as possible after a manager is appointed for a law practice,
the relevant council must give written notice of the appointment to—
(e) any legal practitioner associate of the practice named under
subsection (2) (f); and
(f) anyone whom the council believes, on reasonable grounds,
(a) identify the law practice and the manager; and
of a manager; and
(d) state any reporting requirements to be observed by the manager;
and
(e) state any conditions imposed by the relevant council when the
appointment was made; and
(f) name any legal practitioner associate of the practice who must
not participate in the affairs of the practice except under the
direct supervision of the manager; and
(g) include a statement that the law practice may appeal against the
appointment of the manager under section 514; and
(h) contain or be accompanied by any other information or material
