475 Application of ch 5—incorporated law practices etc (1) This chapter applies to all law practices, irrespective of whether they are incorporated under the Corporations Act. (2) This chapter is intended to apply so that it, rather than the Corporations Act or the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cwlth), applies in relation to the winding up of trust property and in relation to the carrying on of a law practice by external intervention.
