464 Failure to comply with disciplinary orders (1) A person must comply with an order made in relation to the person by the ACAT under this Act or a corresponding disciplinary body under a corresponding law. (2) If an Australian legal practitioner fails to comply with an order of the ACAT or a corresponding disciplinary body, the practitioner is not entitled to apply for the grant or renewal of a local practising certificate while the failure continues.
