459 Cooperation with corresponding authorities (1) In dealing with a complaint or conducting an investigation, the councils may, separately or jointly, consult and cooperate with another entity (whether in or of Australia or another country) that has or may have relevant information or powers in relation to the person against whom the complaint was made or in relation to whom the investigation is conducted. (2) For subsection (1), the councils and the other entity may exchange information about the complaint or investigation.
