456 Request to another jurisdiction to investigate complaint
(1) A council may request a corresponding authority to arrange for the
investigation of any aspect of a complaint being dealt with by the
council and to provide a report on the result of the investigation.
(2) The report may be used and taken into consideration by the council
or ACAT in dealing with the complaint under this chapter if received
from—
(a) the corresponding authority; or
(b) an entity authorised by the corresponding authority to conduct
the investigation.
