454 Pt 4.9 subject to court and tribunal orders (1) This part is subject to any order, so far as the order prohibits or restricts the disclosure of information, made by— (a) the ACAT in relation to disciplinary action taken under this chapter; or (b) a corresponding disciplinary body in relation to disciplinary action taken under provisions of a corresponding law that correspond to this chapter; or (c) a court or tribunal of the ACT or another jurisdiction. (2) However, the name and other identifying particulars of the person against whom the disciplinary action was taken, and the kind of disciplinary action taken, must be recorded in the register of disciplinary action in accordance with the requirements of this part and may be otherwise publicised under this part.
