453 Pt 4.9 subject to certain confidentiality provisions This part is subject to the following provisions: • section 248 (Confidentiality by external examiners) • section 519 (Confidentiality by external interveners) • section 557 (Permitted disclosure of confidential information— ch 6) • section 596 (Confidentiality of personal information). Note Section 596 provides that that section does not apply to the disclosure of information under this part.
