remunerate the employee in relation to the solicitor’s practice as
a solicitor except with the approval of the law society council;
(b) an order under section 442 (Compensation orders) against the
solicitor who employed the employee;
(c) an order publicly reprimanding the solicitor who employed the
employee or, if there are special circumstances, privately
reprimanding the solicitor.
