422 Nature of allegations in complaint applications
(1) An application to the ACAT in relation to a complaint cannot be
challenged on the ground that the allegations contained in the
application do not deal with all of the matters raised in the complaint
or deal differently with matters raised in the complaint or deal with
additional matters.
