419 Application to ACAT (1) The relevant council for an Australian legal practitioner may apply to the ACAT for an order in relation to a complaint against the (2) The relevant council for an employee of a solicitor may apply to the ACAT for an order under this part in relation to a complaint against the employee. (3) The application must include the charge of unsatisfactory professional conduct, professional misconduct or unsatisfactory employment conduct that the relevant council considers arise out of the complaint.
