416 Appeals to ACAT against decisions of relevant council
(1) A person mentioned in table 416, column 2 may appeal a decision
mentioned in column 3 to the ACAT.
(2) The appeal must be made not later than—
(a) 28 days after the day the relevant council gave the person
making the appeal a statement of reasons under section 415; or
(b) any further time allowed by the ACAT.
(3) The ACAT may make any order it considers appropriate on the
appeal.
(4) Without limiting subsection (3), the ACAT may make 1 or more of
the orders mentioned in section 425 (3) to (5) (ACAT orders—
Australian legal practitioners).
