410 Decision of council after investigation (1) After finishing an investigation of a complaint against a person, the relevant council must— (a) dismiss the complaint under section 412; or (b) take action under section 413 (Summary conclusion of complaint procedure by fine etc); or (c) make an application to the ACAT under part 4.7. (2) This section does not affect section 400 (Withdrawal of complaints).
