402 Facilitation of mediation
(1) If the complainant to a complaint about a person and the person agree
to enter into a process of mediation in relation to the complaint, the
relevant council may facilitate the mediation to the extent it considers
(2) This section does not require the relevant council to facilitate a
Mediation Part 4.3
