393 Complaints generally
(1) A complaint may be made under this chapter about conduct to which
this chapter applies.
(2) A complaint may be made under this chapter about conduct
happening outside the ACT, but the complaint must not be dealt with
under this chapter unless this chapter applies to it.
(3) A complaint that is properly made must be dealt with in accordance
with this chapter.
