392 Conduct to which ch 4 applies—insolvency, serious
offences and tax offences
(1) This chapter applies to the following conduct of a local legal
practitioner whether happening in Australia or elsewhere:
(a) conduct of the practitioner in relation to which there is a
conviction for—
(i) a serious offence; or
(ii) a tax offence; or
(iii) an offence involving dishonesty;
(b) conduct of the practitioner as or in becoming an insolvent under
administration;
(c) conduct of the practitioner in becoming disqualified from
managing or being involved in the management of any
corporation under the Corporations Act.
(2) This section has effect despite anything in section 391.
