361 Request to another jurisdiction to investigate aspects of
(1) The law society council may request a corresponding authority to
arrange for the investigation of any aspect of a claim being dealt with
by the council and to provide a report on the result of the
investigation.
(2) A report on the result of the investigation received from—
(a) the corresponding authority; or
(b) an entity authorised by the corresponding authority to conduct
the investigation;
may be used and taken into consideration by the law society council
in the course of dealing with the claim under this part.
