355 Forwarding of claims
(1) If a claim is made to the law society council about a default that
appears to be a default to which a corresponding law applies, the
council must forward the claim or a copy of it to a corresponding
authority of the jurisdiction concerned.
(2) If a claim is made to a corresponding authority about a default that
appears to be a default to which this part applies and the claim or a
copy of it is forwarded under a corresponding law to the law society
council by the corresponding authority, the claim is taken—
(a) to have been made under this part; and
(b) to have been made under this part when the claim was received
by the corresponding authority.
