347 Payments for defaults
(1) The fidelity fund must be applied by the law society council for the
purpose of compensating claimants in relation to claims allowed
under this part in relation to defaults to which this part applies.
(2) An amount payable from the fidelity fund in relation to a claim is
payable to the claimant or to someone else at the claimant’s direction.
