345 Notification of delay in making decision on claim (1) If the law society council considers that a claim is not likely to be decided within 12 months after the day the claim was made, the council must tell the claimant in writing that the claim is not likely to be decided within that period. (2) The notification must contain a brief statement of reasons for the delay.
