339 Maximum amount allowable for claim (1) The amount payable in relation to a default must not exceed the pecuniary loss resulting from the default. (2) This section does not apply to costs payable under section 340 (Costs in relation to claims) or to interest payable under section 341 (Interest in relation to claims).
