328 Defaults to which pt 3.4 applies (1) This part applies to a default of a law practice arising from or constituted by an act or omission of 1 or more associates of the practice, if the ACT is the relevant jurisdiction of the only associate or 1 or more of associates involved. (2) It is immaterial where the default happens. (3) It is immaterial that the act or omission giving rise to or constituting a default is not an offence against a territory law or the law of another jurisdiction or the Commonwealth or that a proceeding has not been started or finished in relation to an offence of that kind.
