317 Time of default—pt 3.4
(1) This section applies for the purpose of deciding which jurisdiction’s
law applies in relation to a default.
(2) The default is taken to have happened when the act or omission giving
rise to or constituting the default happened.
(3) An omission is taken to have happened on the day on or by which the
act not performed ought reasonably to have been performed or on
another day decided in accordance with the regulations.
