301 Law practice may be bound by lump sum bill (1) This section applies if a law practice gives a bill in the form of a lump sum bill for legal services and later gives an itemised bill for the legal (2) The Supreme Court may decide that the law practice is not entitled to costs exceeding the amount of the lump sum bill.
