298 Consequences of application for costs assessment
If an application for a costs assessment is made in accordance with
this division—
(a) the costs assessment must take place without any money being
paid into court on account of the legal costs the subject of the
application; and
(b) the law practice must not start a proceeding to recover the legal
costs until the costs assessment has been completed.
