275 Form of disclosure
(1) Written disclosures to a client under this division—
(a) must be expressed in clear plain language; and
(b) may be in a language other than English if the client is more
familiar with that language.
(2) If the law practice is aware that the client cannot read, the practice
must arrange for the information required to be given to a client under
this division to be given orally to the client in addition to giving the
written disclosure.
