255 Application of pt 3.1 to incorporated legal practices and (1) The obligations imposed on law practices by this part, and any other provisions of this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts, apply to an incorporated legal practice or multidisciplinary partnership only in relation to legal services provided by the practice or partnership.
