246 Carrying out examinations (1) Chapter 6 (Investigations) applies to an external examination under this subdivision. (2) Subject to chapter 6, an external examination of trust records is to be carried out in accordance with the regulations. (3) A regulation may provide for the following: (a) the standards to be adopted and the procedures to be followed by external examiners; (b) the form and content of an external examiner’s report on an examination.
