22 Suitability for admission
(1) In deciding if a person is a fit and proper person to be admitted to the
legal profession under this Act, the Supreme Court or admissions
board must consider each of the suitability matters in relation to the
person to the extent a suitability matter is appropriate.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the relevant matters that the Supreme
Court or admissions board may consider.
(3) However, the Supreme Court or admissions board may decide that a
person is a fit and proper person to be admitted to the legal profession
under this Act despite a suitability matter because of the
circumstances relating to the matter.
