19 Contravention of pt 2.2 by Australian lawyers who are not (1) A contravention of this part by an Australian lawyer who is not an Australian legal practitioner can be unsatisfactory professional (2) This part does not affect any liability that a person who is an Australian lawyer but not an Australian legal practitioner may have under chapter 4 (Complaints and discipline), and the person may be punished for an offence against this part as well as being dealt with under chapter 4 in relation to the same matter.
