186 Relationship of div 2.7.7 with pt 4.4 and ch 6 (1) The relevant council has and may exercise powers under part 4.4 (Investigation of complaints), and chapter 6 (Investigations), in relation to a matter under this division as if the matter were the subject of a complaint under chapter 4. (2) Accordingly, the provisions of part 4.4, and chapter 6, apply, with necessary changes, in relation to a matter under this division.
