151 Regulations—pt 2.6
(1) A regulation may make provision in relation to the following matters:
(a) the legal services provided by incorporated legal practices or
legal practitioner partners or employees of multidisciplinary
partnerships;
(b) other services provided by incorporated legal practices or legal
practitioner partners or employees of multidisciplinary
partnerships in circumstances where a conflict of interest
relating to the provision of legal services may arise.
(2) A regulation prevails over any inconsistent provision of the legal

(3) A regulation may provide that a breach of a regulation can be
unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct—
(a) for an incorporated legal practice—by a legal practitioner
director of the practice, an Australian legal practitioner
responsible for the breach, or both; or
(b) for a multidisciplinary partnership—by a legal practitioner
partner of the partnership, an Australian legal practitioner
responsible for the breach, or both.
