147 Disqualified people—multidisciplinary partnerships
A legal practitioner partner of a multidisciplinary partnership
commits an offence if—
(a) a disqualified person is a partner in the partnership; or
(b) the partner shares with a disqualified person the receipts,
revenue or other income arising from the provision of legal
services by the partnership; or
(c) the partner employs or pays a disqualified person in relation to
the provision of legal services by the partnership.
