143 Effect of nondisclosure on provision of certain services by multidisciplinary partnership (a) section 142 applies in relation to a service that is provided to a person who has engaged a multidisciplinary partnership to provide the service and that the person might reasonably assume to be a legal service; and (b) a disclosure has not been made under that section in relation to the service. (2) The standard of care owed by the multidisciplinary partnership in relation to the service is the standard that would apply if the service had been provided by an Australian legal practitioner.
