137 General obligations of legal practitioner partners— (1) Each legal practitioner partner of a multidisciplinary partnership is, for this Act only, responsible for the management of the legal services provided in the ACT by the partnership. (2) Each legal practitioner partner must ensure that appropriate management systems are implemented and maintained to enable the provision of legal services by the multidisciplinary partnership— (a) in accordance with the professional obligations of Australian legal practitioners and the other obligations imposed by this Act; and (b) so that the professional obligations of legal practitioner partners and employees who are Australian legal practitioners are not affected by other partners and employees of the partnership.
