136 Notice of starting practice in multidisciplinary partnership
(a) the person is a legal practitioner partner of a multidisciplinary
partnership; and
(b) the person starts to provide legal services in the ACT as a
member of the partnership; and
(c) the person has not given written notice to the law society council
of the person’s intention to start providing the legal services.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
