133 Undue influence—incorporated legal practices (a) the person causes or induces someone else to contravene this Act or the person’s professional obligations as an Australian legal practitioner; and (b) the other person is— (i) a legal practitioner director of an incorporated legal (ii) another Australian legal practitioner who provides legal services on behalf of an incorporated legal practice. (2) This section applies to the person whether or not the person is an officer or employee of the incorporated legal practice.
