114 Effect of nondisclosure on provision of certain services by incorporated legal practice (a) section 113 applies in relation to a service that is provided to a person who has engaged an incorporated legal practice to provide the service and that the person might reasonably assume to be a legal service; and (b) a disclosure has not been made under that section in relation to the service. (2) The standard of care owed by the incorporated legal practice in relation to the service is the standard that would apply if the service had been provided by an Australian legal practitioner.
