112 Conflicts of interest—incorporated legal practices
(1) For the application of this Act or any other territory law relating to
conflicts of interest to the conduct of an Australian legal practitioner
(a) a legal practitioner director of an incorporated legal practice; or
(b) an officer or employee of an incorporated legal practice;
the interests of the practice or any related body corporate are also
taken to be those of the practitioner (in addition to any interests that
the practitioner has apart from this subsection).
(2) The legal profession rules may make provision in relation to
additional duties and obligations in relation to conflicts of interest
arising out of the conduct of an incorporated legal practice.
