100 Purposes—pt 2.6
The purposes of this part are—
(a) to regulate the provision of legal services by corporations in the
ACT; and
(b) to regulate the provision of legal services in the ACT in
conjunction with the provision of other services (whether by a
corporation or people acting in partnership with each other).
