sec.77 Application of the Legal Profession Act 2007 to Legal Aid lawyers
The provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007 regulating the way in which complaints against Australian legal practitioners for unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct may be investigated and dealt with, apply to a Legal Aid lawyer in the same way as that Act applies to Australian legal practitioners within the meaning of the Act . s 77 sub 2004 No. 11 s 596 sch 1 amd 2007 No. 24 s 770 sch 1
