sec.74 Professional conduct
Legal Aid, or a Legal Aid lawyer, in performing the duties of a lawyer under this Act— must observe the rules and standards of professional conduct and ethics a private lawyer is required to observe; and is subject to the professional obligations to which a private lawyer is subject, by law or custom, in legal practice.
