sec.73 Legal Aid taken to be law firm etc.
In providing legal services— Legal Aid is taken to be a law firm practising lawfully in the State and retained by a legally assisted person to act for the person; and a Legal Aid lawyer is taken to be employed by the firm. s 73 amd 2004 No. 11 s 596 sch 1
- (a) Legal Aid is taken to be a law firm practising lawfully in the State and retained by a legally assisted person to act for the person; and
- (b) a Legal Aid lawyer is taken to be employed by the firm.
