sec.70 Employees
Legal Aid may engage the employees it considers necessary to perform its functions. Legal Aid may decide its employees’ terms of employment. The employees are to be employed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 70 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.70-ssec.1) Legal Aid may engage the employees it considers necessary to perform its functions. (sec.70-ssec.2) Legal Aid may decide its employees’ terms of employment. (sec.70-ssec.3) The employees are to be employed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
